To use all services developed or published by Voxeled Studios, you must comply with the following terms of use.
"Use" means to download or play a game from an app store.

Article 1
This agreement shall apply to all relationships related to the use of this service between the user and Voxeled Studios.

Article 3
1. Voxeled Studios does not take any responsibility for any damage caused to the user due to this service. However, if the contract between the Company and the user regarding this service (including this agreement) is a consumer contract stipulated in the Consumer Contract Law, this disclaimer does not apply.
2. Voxeled Studios is not responsible for any transactions, communications or disputes that occur between the user and other users or third parties regarding this service.
3. Voxeled Studios is not responsible for any damages to the user.

Article 4
Voxeled Studios may terminate the service without notifying the user. In addition, Voxeled Studios will not be liable for any damage caused to the user.

Article 5
Voxeled Studios will change the Terms of Service as soon as it is deemed necessary without notice to the user.

Article 6
Voxeled Studios shall handle personal information acquired by using this service appropriately in accordance with our "Privacy Policy".
